Ingredients
1 servings

1 cupice

8 ozwater
bottle

1 Tbspbaobab powder

1 tspxylitol erythritol and stevia blend

2 tsptajin
i prefer blue lid/low sodium, you’ll use about 2 tsp extra for your tajin rim

1cucumber
large, seeded and diced

¼ cuplime juice

½ cuplemon juice

1 cupbaby spinach
fresh, you can use up to 2 cups

1 scoopcollagen

1 tspmct oil

½ tspgelatin
dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water, after making this several times, you can omit gelatin if you use baobab. baobab is a natural thickener
Instructions
Step 1

Gather all your ingredients.
Step 2

Blend all ingredients well.
Step 3

Strain the pulp.
Step 4

On your serving glass, dip Tajin seasoning on the ring of the glass. Add ice cubes and serve your delicious earth milk.
Step 5

Shake a bit more Tajin on top and enjoy!
