Step 1
Clean and debeard mussels then soak in water for 15 min
Step 2
Sauté shallots, salt, and red pepper flakes in olive oil until fragrant. Once the shallots are translucent, add the garlic
Step 3
Deglaze with white wine and simmer. Reduce by half. Add the butter and melt using low heat.
Step 4
Add the mussels then cover and cook until they open
Step 5
Serve and top with pasley
