Instructions
Step 1
Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar

Add the egg

Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon

Fold in the finely chopped pecans to incorporate them into the dough

Shape the dough into a ball and flatten it slightly, wrap it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

On a floured surface, roll out the dough and use cookie cutters cut out your desired shapes
