Instructions

Step 1
Base: Mix the oat flour, peanut butter, salt, vanilla and sweetener of choice together, press down into a lined square pan and bake at 180⁰C for 20 minutes (until brown on top)
Step 2
Caramel: Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, in a blender put the dates, tahini, pinch of salt, sweetener of choice and blend until it becomes a caramel paste. Add hot water until the correct consistency. Set in fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Topping: melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over boiling water, mix in the oil and pour on top, set in fridge for at least 1 hour.
