Instructions
Step 1
Place the teff in your Instant Pot and set to ‘sauté’ for 3-6 minutes to toast the grains.

Step 2
Add water and salt, stirring to combine.
Step 3
Pressure cook for 6 minutes.

Step 4
Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release (approx. 8 min).

Step 5
Remove the lid and add plant milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Whisk/stir to combine. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Step 6
Serve with ground flaxseed, brown sugar, and pecans.
