Step 1
Add the gram flour and water to a bowl. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
Step 2
Except for the bread and the oil, add all the ingredients to the batter and mix well.
Step 3
Dip the bread slices into the batter and cover both sides .
Step 4
Heat the pan with the oil and toast the bread on low heat.
Step 5
Flip over and cook both sides for around 1-2 minutes.
