Step 1
Add 200 ml of coconut milk to a pan or any plant based milk you prefer . ( this is not the canned coconut milk this is the thinner one in a carton) then whisk in the spirulina powder until it’s smooth

Grate fresh ginger then add it to the pan with agave syrup and a good squeeze of lemon juice . Get in that vitamin c as it’s great against colds . Bring this to a boil and simmer for about two minutes to let the flavors infuse

Step 3
Strain the mixture through a sieve if you want it extra smooth then heat up the remaining 50 ml milk and use a frothed to make it frothy then pour it on top ! Enjoy !
