Instructions
Step 1
cut the onion into rings and mince the garlic. chop up the carrots and the chinese cabbage in small parts
Step 2
in a pan, add the onion and the garlic with the prawns, season with salt and black pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil
Step 3
cook for a few minutes until the onion softens and add the cauliflower, seasoning it a bit
Step 4
add the carrots and the chinese cabbage and cover the pan
Step 5
after a few minutes, add the eggs and cover again
Step 6
when the cabbage is soft and the eggs are cocked it’s ready!
