Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Step 3
Mix in the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla.
Step 4
Fold in the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 5
Add in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Scoop out 1 tbsp dough balls onto a lined baking sheet (the dough is very sticky, so it can get tricky forming the balls).
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool and enjoy!
