Instructions

Step 1
In a pot with salted boiling water add your pasta and cook 1 minute under the specified time on the package
Step 2
In a pan, while the pasta cooks, melt the butter on medium heat. Once fully melted, add the lemon zest and lemon juice and turn the heat lower for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Once the pasta is almost ready, take 1 ladleful of pasta water and drop it in the pan. Turn the heat on high and add the drained pasta.
Step 4
Toss the pasta (this is a mandatory step as it creates the necessary creaminess) for a minute. Add the tuna and toss for another minute.
Step 5
Serve topping with basil and some more lemon zest. Buon appetito!
