Instructions
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl, add the psyllium husk and mix very well.
Step 2
Then add the dry ingredients, except the pumpkin seeds, and mix very very well.
Step 3
Brush a bread pan with olive oil and push the mixture flat and tight.
Step 4
Spread the pumpkin seeds on top and push them flat and some in and press the top of the load flat.
Step 5
Set your oven on 180°C.
Step 6
Let the load sit until all liquid is absorbed.
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour and add an ice tray on the bottom.
Step 8
Let sit for 10 minutes and cool on a rack, covered with a cloth
