Instructions
Step 1
In the insert of the crockpot, whisk together vegetable broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar.
Step 2
Place slices of mushrooms in the liquid and toss to coat.
Step 3
Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
Step 4
After 4 hours, whisk together cornstarch and water in small bowl. Pour into crock pot, add the broccoli and gently stir to combine.
Step 5
Cover with lid and cook 30 minutes to cook broccoli and thicken sauce.
Step 6
Serve with warm white rice.
