Ingredients
4 servings
1 poundchicken breast
cut into large pieces
½ cuplemon juice
3 sprigsfresh rosemary
stems removed
1 cupmarinated artichokes
quartered
1 cupchicken broth
¼ cupwhite wine
½ cuponion
diced
2 clovesfresh garlic
chopped
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspdried thyme
or fresh
1 Tbspold bay seasoning
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on High for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice, potatoes, noodles or couscous.
