Ingredients
2 servings
1 packageinstant yakisoba
0.25onion
0.5carrot
peeled chopped into rectangles
3shishito peppers
seeded and juliened
1 Tbssesame oil
4 ozPork belly
cut into 1 inch strips
2eggs
6 stripsimitation crab
Rice ball
Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add instant noodles, pour a small amount of water on top of noodles and saute until loosened. Remove from heat and set aside
Step 2
Cook the pork belly until slightly brown, then add the vegetables. Cook until the pork is cooked through and the veggies are the desired tenderness.
Step 3
Add the noodles to the pork and veggies. Mix together, then add the yakisoba seasonings and sauce. Mix to coat.
Step 4
In a separate pan, fry an egg until over easy

Step 5
Sprinkle yukari onto the cooked rice, for into a ball, and wrap a strip of seaweed around the middle
Plating
Step 6
If necessary, place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the bento box so it doesn't get greasy. Place yakisoba on one side of the box. On the otherside, place the rice ball and 3 pieces of imitation crab. Place the egg on top of the yakisoba.
