Instructions
Step 1
Mix the sugar and water in a pan then start to simmer on a low/medium heat then mash the garlic, ginger and spring onion and add to the pan.
Step 2
simmer for 10-15 minutes then add the rest of the liquid ingredients and simmer to reduce again.
Step 3
-break your tofu into chunks, coat in cornflour, salt n pepper then fry till crispy.
Step 4
-remove the aromatics from the sauce then add the tofu and combine completely.
Step 5
-serve with sushi rice, bok Choi and any other veggies you I might want and enjoy!
