Before You Cook Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry Cooking Guidelines To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures: Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) | Seafood 145° F | Chicken 165° F | Ground Beef 160° F | Ground Turkey 165° F | Ground Pork 160° F Customize It Instructions If using ground beef, break up meat until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. If using ground pork, break up meat until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. If using Impossible burger, break up until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. 1 Cook the Ground Turkey Place a medium pot over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. While turkey cooks, continue recipe. 2 Prepare the Ingredients Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice. Drain and rinse beans. 3 Start the Soup Add tomatoes to hot pot and stir occasionally until tomatoes release juices, 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree, beans, and corn. Stir until combined, 30-60 seconds. 4 Finish Soup and Finish Dish Add cream cheese, enchilada sauce, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup water to hot pot and stir to combine Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir until cream cheese is incorporated, 45-60 seconds. Remove from burner. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla strips.
