Instructions
Step 1
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Step 2
Dredge chicken breasts in the flour/seasoning mixture
Step 3
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat
Step 4
Cook chicken 4-5 minutes in each side until golden brown
Step 5
Take chicken out of skillet and set aside
Step 6
In skillet, combine minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and stir continuously
Step 7
Add sun dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme
Step 8
Stir together well and let simmer on medium low/low
Step 9
Add one pack of gnocchi, cover, and let cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 10
Once gnocchi is cooked, add chicken back to skillet and serve
