Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Lightly spray 9 x 13 baking dish with oil
Step 3
Cook the sausage in a nonstick frying pan. Be sure to diced the sausage while cooking.

Evenly layer the diced hashbrowns in baking dish
Step 5
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Stir in the cheese.
Step 7
Layer the sausage and any optional ingredients over the hasbrowns
Step 8
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top
Step 9
Set dish in oven, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes
Step 10
Serve with plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, if desired
