Instructions
Step 1
Boil fettuccine following the directions on the box
Step 2
Cut chicken into smaller pieces season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
Step 3
In a container combine flour, 1tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Step 4
Lightly coat chicken in the seasoning
Step 5
In a skillet over medium/high heat melt 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil

Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through

Remove chicken from skillet
Step 8
Melt 1 stuck of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic stirring well

Add heavy cream, stirring constantly
Step 10
Add 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

And 1 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan stirring until it thickens
Step 12
Once Alfredo is to the consistency liked, add cooked fettuccine and chicken, stir till combined
Step 13
Top with Parmesan and parsley
