Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta, save some of the pasta water for later
Step 2
In a skillet add some olive oil and sautée the tomatoes over medium high heat until they start to burst open. Season with salt and pepper. Smash the tomatoes
Step 3
Mix together the smashed tomatoes, the pesto, basil or parsley, spaghetti and mozzarella. Add some pasta water if it seems like the pesto is too thick.
