Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion then sauté for two minutes in olive oil on a medium hot pan. Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes ( add less red pepper flakes if you don’t want it so spicy) stir together then add 4 cups of mixed cherry tomatoes blush tomatoes or whatever small sweet tomatoes you have

Step 2
Season the tomatoes with salt and black pepper then add the honey and a good splash of sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar . Cover with a lid and let simmer then put the pasta on in generously salted boiling water

Step 3
Crush down some of the tomatoes add the chopped basil then add in the cooked pasta and a little pasta water if necessary

Crumble the feta all over then mix add a little more black pepper and serve
