Instructions
Step 1
Start by boiling water into a pot
Step 2
Once boiling, put the gnocchi and keep them until they are floating at the surface (3-4mins).
Step 3
While you are doing that, put a skillet on the stove at medium heat.
Step 4
Add in olive oil, diced garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 5-10mins.
Step 5
Once the gnocchi are ready drain them and put them back in the pot.
Step 6
Once the sauce is ready add it to the pot and serve.
Step 7
Top with cheese and basil (i put roquette in the picture cos its also green).
