Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180•C and oil a baking dish.
Step 2
Arrange the chicken portions loosely in the dish and season with salt & pepper.
Step 3
Pack the Waterblommetjies inbetween the chicken portions.
Step 4
Heat the cream, mustard and honey till boiling and pour over the chicken.
Step 5
Cover and bake for 45min until the chicken is soft and golden and the sauce thickened.
