These meatballs are great base for a variety of low carb sauces. I love these in my Keto Swedish Meatballs, but great with Rao's marinara sauce served over spaghetti squash.

Crush pork rinds in a food processor

Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together

Using a large cookie scoop, scoop out and roll meat into balls and place on a large cookie sheet sprayed with pan spray.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or until meatballs are no longer pink in the middle.
