Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°
Step 2
Drain and rinse kidney beans, and spread them out on tinfoil on a baking pan
Step 3
Add garlic, salt and pepper flakes and mix
Step 4
Place kale on top and drizzle generously with olive oil
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes, mix halfway through
Step 6
Optional: broil at the end to make kale crisp up more
