Roasted Pomegranate teriyaki chicken

Ingredients

8chicken thighs
1sweet potato
cut in cubes
1onion
cut in half, and then into thin strips and in half again
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken with marinade ingredients into ziplock, and marinade for at least an hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place vegetables in the pan and sprinkle with some garlic salt, additional spices (sumac, cumin, chil powder), and drizzle with a little oil. and place chicken with its marinade on top of it.
Step 3
Bake uncovered for 45-1hr
