Instructions
Step 1
Mix oats and almond milk in a large bowl and set aside foe 2 hrs to soften oats.
Step 2
In a small bowl, stir almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Step 3
Whist eggs, melted oil, and vanilla into oat mixture until blended.
Step 4
Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until mixed.
Step 5
Put large skillet over medium heat and brush with oil.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the skillet, 1/4 cup per pancake and cood for about 4 minutes until edges are firm and bottoms are golden.
Step 7
Flip pancakes and cook u til second side is golden brown and the pancake is cooked through.
Step 8
Repeat with remaining batter
