Instructions
Step 1
In large bowl, stir together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 2
In small bowl, whisk together almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 3
Mix together wet and dry ingredients until combined.
Step 4
Put large skillet over medium high heat, and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
Step 5
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.
Step 6
Cook for about 3 minutes until bubbles form.
Step 7
Cook on other side for about 2 minutes until pancakes are golden brown.
Step 8
Repeat with the rest of batter.
