Instructions
Step 1
Combine butter and sugars into a bowl and mix until smooth
Step 2
Add in egg and vanilla, mix until fluffy
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix a little bit on top before incorporating with the wet ingredients underneath
Step 4
Do not over mix. Mix until just absorbed. It's okay if there are some small clumps of flour
Step 5
Mix in mini chocolate chips
Step 6
Put on tray. Use a 2 inch scoop to create balls, scrape bottom flat.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Pull them out when they're just browning on the top and still jiggly
