Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2 Place the chicken in a baking dish and spread mustard evenly over each piece. Sprinkle the onion over the chicken, pour orange juice over all, and place ½-teaspoon morsels of butter near each piece of chicken. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Flip the chicken and sprinkle sugar evenly over each piece. Bake for 10 minutes longer, or until cooked through (no pink shows in the middle).
