Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions until fragrant, then add ginger and garlic. Add seasoning and curry paste. Cool over medium heat until fragrant.
Step 2
Add tofu and continue to cook for a few minutes. Add broth and soy sauce then bring to a rolling boil.
Step 3
Add coconut milk, squeeze of lemon juice, and teaspoon of sugar. Bring to a boil again. Cool and serve
