Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C)

Grease a 12-inch round baking pan and set it aside.

Stir together the sugar, butter, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it begins to boil.

Remove the pan from the heat. Mix in all the chocolate chips, stirring until they are melted.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla, and stir vigorously until shiny and smooth.

In a separate bowl, stir the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Pour the dry ingredients over the chocolate mixture, and stir them until the dry ingredients are mixed in.

Spread the batter evenly in the greased pan, using a rubber spatula.

Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 10
Spread the cream cheese on the brownies and then sprinkle grated coconut on top.
Step 11
Top with berries and mint.
