Instructions

Step 1
In a medium skillet, simmer spinach until wilted. Add in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste.
Step 2
Butter two pieces of bread on one side
Step 3
In a hot skillet, toast one piece of bread. Add in cheese and spinach mixture, top with cooked salmon, and provolone cheese.
Step 4
Top with second slice of bread, butter side up. Flip once nice and golden brown and toast the other side. Serve while warm.
