Instructions

Spicy tuna spread

Step 1
Chop the spring onion.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 3
Bring the water to a boil. Add the eggs and cook for 7min. If you want your eggs to be runny cook them for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Melt the butter. Spread each toast side with the butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Peel the egg.
Step 6
Spread half of the tuna on the bottom toast slice. Place the eggs in the middle. Add the rest of the tuna.
Step 7
Stack the other toast slice on top and enjoy!
