Instructions
Step 1
Combine room temperature butter with the sugars from a low to a high speed Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides

Add the egg and mix it for two minutes on high speed
Then scrape down the sides again and mix another minute

Add your dry ingredients and mix on low speed until your dry ingredients are half incorporated
While doing so preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius

Step 4
Stop the mixer and add 2/3 of the chocolate chips and mix them for about 15seconds.
Then combine the rest with a wooden spoon so you don’t overmix

Portion your Cookie with a spoon on tho with parchment paper lined baking sheets and flatten them a little with your hand.
Then place the remaining chocolate chips and the flakey sea salt on the cookie.
Now they are ready to bake, so put them in the oven and bake them for about 9 minutes.
When they are ready let them cool down and enjoy!!
You can use a cookie box to store them to keep the cookies fresh
