Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and wash the under water. Cut now the potatoes in really thin slices.
Step 2
Remove the extremities of the green beans and cut each of them in 5 or 6 pieces.
Step 3
Once this is done, cook the potatoes and green beans in boiling salty water for 5 minutes. When they are ready, strain and keep aside.
Step 4
Now it is time to prepare the pasta. Cook it in salty boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish you can choose a short type of pasta you like. You either use a long or short type of pasta.
Step 5
When the pasta is ready, strain it and then put it into a bowl adding pesto, potatoes, green beans, grated parmesan and pine nuts.
