Step 1
In a food processor, add your chopped zucchini, garlic clove (optional), pistachios, fresh basil, Parmigiano cheese, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Mix everything until smooth.
Step 3
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water for the time indicated on the package and mix it with your zucchini pesto, adding a drop of pasta water to make it super sexy!
