1 tspchilli powder

1 Tbsppaprika

5garlic cloves

1onion
chopped

2 x 400gtinned chopped tomatoes

0.5red pepper
chopped

150mlsoured cream

300gdried penne pasta

200mlchicken stock
hot

100gcheddar cheese
grated

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

fresh coriander
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken, herbs, spices, garlic, onion and tomatoes in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste.

Step 2
Add the red pepper, soured cream, pasta and stock, stir and cook for another 50 minutes

Step 3
Stir in the cheese and garnish with fresh coriander
