TRADER JOE’S SWEET SESAME NOODLES
I am SO excited about this meal! it might be the best
recipe I’ve ever made… seriously. this comes together in less than 30 minutes and tastes better than takeout 🔥
I used bok choy but any veggies would work! if you don’t like it spicy, you can omit the chili onion crunch all together. this is super versatile and I guarantee it will quickly become a favorite at your house! you can find the full recipe below & be sure to follow for more easy meals just like this!
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless thin cut chicken breast
1 cup bok choy, sliced
2 packs Trader Joe’s Squiggly Knife Cut Noodles
1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce
1-2 tsp Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion, optional for spice
Green onion, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In pan over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside and cut into small bite sized pieces.
2. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan. Drizzle a little more olive oil if needed and add the sliced bok choy. Sauté for 2-3 minutes then turn the heat to low.
4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
6. Add two packs of squiggly noodles to the water and discard the sauce packets. Cook for 4 minutes. Once cooked, drain and add the cooked noodles to the bok choy and chicken mixture.
7. Drizzle soyaki and chili crunch. Stir to combine.
8. Serve warm with green onions and sesame seeds.
