Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a stand mixer. Let it knead for 8 minutes. {If you don't have a stand mixer, use a bowl and a dough whisk}
Step 2
Move dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover overnight with an airtight lid.
Step 3
Dump the dough out onto a floured surface and loosely shape it. Proof the dough in a banneton basket for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees with a dutch oven inside. Once heated, place your dough inside the dutch oven, score the top of the loaf. Bake for 20 minutes in the dutch oven with the lid on.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another ten minutes.
Step 6
Cool completely before slicing.
