Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 440°.
Step 2
Bring 4.5 cups milk to boil
Step 3
Add elbow pasta, salt to taste
Step 4
Once nearly completely absorbed, add seasoning, mix, then add kerrygold Irish cheese and cheddar blocks. Mix until fully melted. If a little dry looking, add a small cube of cheddar, fully melt, taste test.
Step 5
Add shredded chicken. Mix until fully incorporated
Step 6
Add pasta and chicken mixture to a baking dish
Step 7
Sprinkle Parmesan over top of mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until parmesean is fully melted and beginning to brown.
Step 8
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
