3boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 bottlered curry sauce
or less - go by eye

0.5 bagshredded carrot

0.5 bagspinach

0.5green pepper

French fried onions
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté aromatics until soft and fragrant.



Step 2
Add chicken, cubed. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until done.

Step 3
Add red curry sauce, then carrots. Let the carrots blend with the rest of the ingredients.
