Instructions

Cook down red onion. When almost done add fine diced garlic, ginger and scallion whites. Sautee for 1 min and set aside to cool.

Combine cream and bread crumbs and let hydrate.

Preheat your oven to 350F. Cook down red onion over medium-low heat. When almost done, add finely diced garlic, ginger, and scallion whites. Sautee for 1 min and set aside to cool. Combine cream and bread crumbs and let hydrate to form a paste. Mix together turkey, egg, salt, sugar, pepper, fish sauce, and bread crumb paste. Add in sautéed veggies once they've cooled down. Mix to combine with hands. The farce should be very wet and sticky. On a foil-lined baking sheet, portion the farce into golf ball sized balls. Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.
