Instructions

Step 1
Dice chicken breast and add to a bowl.

Add the cornflour and mix to evenly coat the chicken.

Add the olive oil to a pan and heat. Add the chicken and cook on high heat until golden brown and add to a clean bowl.

Add the cornflour mixed with water and stir until thickened.
