Step 1
Sauté one serving of shrimp in oil of choice, with garlic, pepper, and salt. Sauté broccoli separately in oil of choice, with garlic and coconut aminos.
Step 2
Slice one cucumber long ways, into paper like strips and roll into rose like shape. Mix cooked shrimp with mayo and sweet chili sauce.
Step 3
Place brown rice in bottom of bowl, and top with shrimp, broccoli, and cucumber rolls. Garnish with green onion and sesame seed.
