Instructions

Step 1
Chop and slice garlic, ginger and green onion.
Step 2
Cut shrimp antennae and remove the black intestinal track, and wash them thoroughly(optional).
Step 3
Heat up oil in the pan, add minced ginger and garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup in the pan for a minute, then further put shrimp in the sauce to mix finely, cook for a few minutes with lid back on. Once shrimp are cooked, finish up with green onion and sugar before removing it from the heat.
