Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Step 2
Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Dice the chicken.
Step 3
Add the onion and bell pepper to a pan and fry until softened. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Step 4
Add the bacon medallions and season with bbq seasoning and the garlic puree. Cook thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the tin of tomatoes and bbq sauce, and simmer until cooked through.
Step 6
To an oven-proof dish, add 1/3 of the mixture to the bottom and spread out.
Step 7
Top with 2 wraps. Add another 1/3 of the mixture on top of this and repeat by adding 2 more wraps. Finally top the wraps with the remaining mixture and spread evenly.
Step 8
Top with the grated mozzarella and cheddar.
Step 9
Cook in the oven for ~10 mins until the cheese is browned and crispy.
