Instructions
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and dry them thoroughly. Sliced them into bite sized bits.
Step 2
Fry mushrooms in oil, season with soy sauce. Fry, until shrooms have absorbed all the soy sauce and become golden brown.
Step 3
Then in a clean pan, fry leftover rice on oil. Ass garlic powder and some soy sauce. Fry for 10 min, until the rice develops a crispy bottom
Step 4
Serve the mushrooms over crispy rice
