Step 1
Mix all ingredients together well. Place beef brisket into the crockpot & pour liquid over the top. Cook for 5hrs on high heat & 5hrs on low heat. Remove brisket from liquid & pull apart with two forks. Once pulled, place back into the liquid & let it heat through well for another 30mins. Serve with vege’s & mashed potatoes.
Leftovers make the best pulled beef brisket bao buns (serve with coleslaw, cheese & anything else you might like to add.
