Bang Bang Shrimp

This recipe is one of my favorite shrimp recipes. The mix of sweet and savory is perfect for any occasion!

Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and siracha in a bowl and stir.
Step 2
In a second bowl, add the cornstarch and coat shrimp in cornstarch, remove excess.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet on medium to high heat
Step 4
Fry shrimp on each side until lightly brown (two minutes each side)
Step 5
Once fried, coat with sauce, garnish with green onion, and enjoy!
